Up-Load Problem

I've uploaded a torrent and 6 people have downloaded 99.8% no one is recieving the first and last piece have I done something wrong?

Can I fix this?

Any advise would be appreciated.

you or some software at your computer have changed mp3 file (most likely added or changed some ID tags), which made mp3 differ from the one you have originally created torrent for. this is actually in FAQ..
