for advanced users i can recommend yt-dlp (modified yt-dl):

it allowsyou to use with premium account to download from music.youtube.com which sometimes has again the 256kbps AAC

that's a good one, if you know how to use command line and you are on a desktop, laptop.. for mobile devices, like I use my phone, I recommend this Youtube to mp3 converter, it also has great way to handle download of whole Youtube playlist which is a great big fat plus in my book.
