Help! Im confused :(

Ive been using this site for not too long, I've been trying to read everything here i can to solve my problem but i am still not sure.

a few days ago my hard drive crashed and i lost all my music and everything ( :'-( ).  At the time i was seeding files that i had downloaded, and now i have no files that are off this site or off any site.  Whenever i get a torrent off here now it doesnt download it just sits at 0s/0l:

I assume this has something to do with my 38% share ratio, and i am clueless as to how to redeem myself...
Is there a time limit?
Do i have to get a new IP address/Account?
?? gimme a file to seeeeed!!!

maybe by default your client only allows so many active transfers at any one time... id check maybe in preferences to see if there is a setting like that... otherwise thats about all i can think of.. i use Utorrent myself.. good luck to you :)

TY PPL!!!! I used to use utorrent back in the day until i learned about the BT Protocol blocking that ISPs did.  At the time bitcomet was teh only client that supported bt protocol header encryption.  now since utorrent has it too this is all smooooooth sailin  thx again!!

All a matter of preference really,I use BitComet & if it is configured correctly, then it is probably the best client out there, mostly people who don`t understand how to set up a client, would state that one was better than the other. With BitComet I can ban ip numbers of those who share fresh air (errors)
This feature alone makes BitComet worth the extra resources, and after trying utorrent on my wifes pc,
I am not at all impressed, the layout is too basic, the visuals are non existant, and i don`t really think much of it at all.     But everyone to their own i suppose

utorrent automatically bans peer which send fake data... just check the "logger" tab on any torrent...
