Seeding problem/question

I'm new to the site, so 'scuse me if I just don't get it. l have had my uTorrent open overnights for a solid week, yet only 36 MB of the 6 GB I downloaded have been uploaded. I've read the stickies, but I just don't get it. Could someone please set me on the right track? I think that the only uploading I've gotten has come from the first day that I was on this site. Since then, none of the torrents show any activity on uTorrent. I should say, none of the torrents from here have gotten any activity - all the others from other sites show great uploading. What's the dealio?

You're connectable, so maybe you have downloaded "old" torrents, which already grabbed by everyone. But you have a LOT of awards (download debits) which would decrease your downloaded amount, so your ratio would grow... Try the awards menu, and use that 4.6Gbyte download debit (before it expires!) which you got for downloading everlife torrents..

Thanks, I did what I could and now my ratio is .062. What can I do to get it up higher since I'm no longer allowed to download. Should I just wait until uTorrent seeds the remaining? It looks as if I'm only getting a few
