Sorry for the noobish question, blank page being seen?

I've been on here for a while and know about the ratio number, right now its pretty low @ .203, but im not sure if it has to do with the fact that when i click on the DL link to start a torrent, sometimes it will go to blank page

is this because  of my ratio being low? Because it only seems to happen when my torrent client is open.

I think yes it happens because you have a ratio warning   but I'm not sure  

gaaaah. maybe thats it. Its at 0.208 now so maybe ill wait some more.
