Ultra vs Global Gathering...

so what say u?

i have heard from reliable sources that due to GG this is the first year that Ultra has had serious competition. as a result. Ultra banked this yr..... and brought in huge crowds

what i notice though is perhaps sad for dance music.... rock is starting to enter into these festivals.. perhaps a way to make money? is dance a dying breed?

what say u?

i think this year's  GG was a better festival than  the Ultrafest Just having Deep Dish , Sasha and Digweed , Steve Lawler, Ferry Corsten , Armin Van Buuren and George Acosta  make thingsbetter , miami style  also Ultrafest was once said the only dance music festival this year they included Hip - Hop
what tha f**k is that.

It is alfull that they start leting hip hop and other artists playing in our fests but don't worry if their fans come and stay to see how we can have fun they will become part of our comunity
I have a lot of friends who where listening  hip hop or even metal in the past but after the first big rave they came with me they started comming regualarly some of them are eve dj's now
the hard thing is to convince them to come with you on the party
the atmosphere will do the rest

well, i can say that at ultra the only fun this year was in the breaks/drum&base tents (4 of them in total), those were the only spots where real ravers were getting down, jumping and dancing. house, techno, main arenas were standing still like 90% of the people didn't dance at all... i wanna check GG next year!!
