how to upload a torrent?

i cant uplad a torrent even though im allowed.... iv filled all the required fields but when i click upload torrent it gives an ERROR Dictionary Keys Not Found, what does that mean?

I won a free upload and im trying to upload the torrent file but somethings wrong... can some one help me out please?
