I have cut out all junk and processed foods (so anything advertised on TV) and I either maintain my weight every week or it drops!

Now I've been doing this for a few months its easy. It's more of a lifestyle change than a diet. The best way imho.

With regards to losing weight, quitting smoking will only make it more difficult!!

But yeah, I've knocked the biftas on the head as well now.

I feel 18 again! ;-)

well I do not quite because I am still married and not in high school with fit birds... :lol:

its almost time for strength aka weights and breaking my poor fat ass  :thumbsup:

So when you get down to just 150 pounds and fell 16 again ..... I assume you will be back out there hanging around the school gates looking for the totty?  :rofl:

I was'nt 150 at 16

I was in great shape tho....lol....and the birds
