about JUDGES. we are going to leave the "identities" (of who wrote what while judging) unknown to public. first comment on first set is not necessarily written by the same judge that wrote first judgment on the second set - all the judges' ratings and comments are mixed up to possibly get rid of any "unwanted bugging" of judges by djs. this is only done to preserve good friendly atmosphere.

on the other hand, here's a list of IDC 2010 respected Jury. there was 14 judges to start with, some got sick, some had no time or got confused with the task, some never got back to me, but all in all, we have 9 judges left, and all of them did quite a job!!
