My Problem, page 1

Uh i can`t download any torrent i mean i try to download them but works with 0.1kb/s and i can`t upload too...i`m trying to download a torrent for 3 days and i have only 76%...for 3 days i can`t do anything:( and i have peers: good 11 poor 73. What`s that!? it`s something wrong with my internet connection?! All was fine till 3 days ago. Please explain me what is wrong.  :-(
