His speech was objective, he said what his views
and i liked how said his points
and he quoted from the Bible, Koran and Hebrew bible

what i hated about the audience is that they clapped a lot for no reason

The facts are religions are  obviously man made .Preached by men,  written by men & and of course not by coincidence most are bias towards men.It is only the large brain of humans that leads some to imagine Gods or creators when seeking answers to life.BUT if these people truly did seek truthful answers they would find very different answers than any religion can give.But the fact is religious people do not want the truth or rather they only will accept their version.

Many religious peoples hopes & dreams are centred around the eventual 'rewards' that a 'creator' will hopefully one day bring them either in this life or the next.

How do you show the beauty in logic,sense & freedom to someone whom is so hopefully delusional on meeting their loved one's when they die??

The logic of science is maths. I.E - It is a  universal fact that 1+1 = 2 .

Intelligence is nourishing to the body as it is to the mind if used correctly. If you truly want to learn & live in the light of truth you have to accept the facts even if they may not be 'nice' . Nature can seem cruel but in reality it's simply millions>billions of differently evolved lifeforms all trying to survive.  

The facts of life are every where and very easy to see when you accept facts for facts and not some mystic puzzle created by a unseen god.

Look at any other 'Life' form in the world.Are you that much different? you can not deny that physically you are made of the same materials.Flesh,bone,blood etc etc . Look how scientific fact has not only brought humans light in their homes with electricity but also cured some terrible disease's .

That is because science is based on logic.Logic is a way of understanding rather like maths . You know without doubt a answer is correct just as you know 1+1 = 2 .

In the approaching future When humans forget irrational religion & use logic to form their knowledge their will be  no need for hope & faith. For as a species we will have finally broken free of that part of the animal nature that we needed in our pasts to survive but now in modern society only holds  us down.

When this time comes their will be no need for the 'Obama's' of this world because their will be no ignorant followers whom are seeking answers in all the wrong placers .

Whatever happens in human society will not make a tiny ounce of a difference in the facts of life.

Humans can not 'make believe' a god no matter how many believe.

The facts are you like me have a physical heart    'Beating ' within your chest    . If this beat stops !

Ok.To be honest I will not bother taking the time to listen to the speech.

I just hope for peace's sake that the  people whom feel the need too follow,  stop listening to so called 'religious or political leaders ' whom promote any act of violence .

The only time I take notice of any religion or belief system is when it's base of irrational faith turns into anger & violence towards anyone or anything which does not follow it's law .

Then of course it is just another form of dictatorship born out of the corruption of power hungry men .

Learn to love your self for what you really are.As a human  you have the capacity not only to heal your self physically & emotionally but in doing so help heal those you meet, with the human traits that have helped humanity  to grow as far as we have already come, in what at times can be  a very hostile environment in this forever changing physical world .

What we need as people is not to live by religion or race for these are simply either the different experience's taught through  upbringing, physically inherited traits or geological behaviours that, though make us unique as individuals, we do not always freely choose .
We should celebrate the fact that we are all humans,, a species that due to  superb natural designed has evolved to a point of intelligence thus unemotional stability that we have the potential in living,playing & working as we truly are , one , a potential to live in harmony/balance with our natural surroundings & design living place's for us that are safe & healthy.

But the damage must be healed, so the strong will have to carry the intellectually/emotionally weak & not let the violence that has happened in our past show it's ugly pointless head again in are societys .

Violence is small minded . people in the past,present & future use it because a intelligent way of feeling 'justified' has not yet worked .The more a individuals mind is unbalanced the more prone it is to use violence . Just as the more a society/ country's  social structures are unbalanced the more prone it will be to violence & the use of force in order to keep control .
Aggression is a different emotion all together & it is used in nature as defence , attack or both depending on the species. & in a more naturally healthy human society in sports .Violence is a predominantly human trait born from pure ignorance with no real sense other than to be...................? Mad. Not logical

Balance is the key & pure balance is harmonic.A perfect mind is a 'Balanced sound of mind'  

So you as I are on a music site  humans will always come back to the music, no matter how long it takes to find this unified harmony that we all seek .

Looks like no one really comes to the forum....cares...or doesn't wanna discuss anything anymore. I didn't watch it on tv. I saw it on youtube.


I liked it, it seems that he's trying to bring ppl together. He wants peace and death of conflicts. I really don't care that he knows to speak arabic, and has knowledge of the Koran and Torah.
I know for a fact that other ppl in my country didn't like the speech. The truth is that they don't really have a good valid reason and can't really prove anything they have to say.

but why didnt ppl in the US like it.
how cant someone dislike something without a valid reason??

I know some of the ppl's reasons for not liking the speech. And none are valid reasons either. Do Not ask me to give them. Cause that would be an endless conversation. and like i say I do not agree with it either.
I have such an open mind if it were visible it'd look like Ike on South Park. I do not care who you are If you wear a turbin on your head, have an affro on your head, do not have a head, ur an alien.......doesn't matter who you are i'll have you at my dinner table. I have to meet you to form an opinion.

i think we are mature ppl in here...differences in point of vies doesnt make us hate each other...on contrary it can make us respect each other more n understand how everybody thinks abt an issue..

then may his words be heard   but religions do NOT have a particularly impressive past when it comes to bringing people 'of different faiths together" .

I can understand in a way why religious people don't always get on with people who know...? erm don't believe their is a God.

But most Religious people seem to have the most conflicts with people of 'other religions'

Aren't you guys on the same side ?  ok you choose to believe in one supreme being who created everything.Then surely it must be Obvious that their could be only ONE God hence all religions must be believing in the same God but using slightly different ways to speak to/worship this God.

Is it not merely their 'conditioned - upbringing ' perceived  Difference's that are dividing  them .They concentrate on the few difference's.Slight difference's that get  heightened  with religion,different language,dress etc & not their vast likeness .

But would it make sense to presume that ,Just as people have Different language because of the country they were born in, so they also have a different language for speaking to the ONE God.

Now many people will use English on the internet even if it's not the language they learnt to speak from birth because many Web sites on the internet use English.And simply speaking using ONE language means we can all communicate together thus understand one another & this can bring people together.

Now personally if a language was invented tomorrow that everyone in the entire world had agreed to learn & speak I would want to learn this language so I could go anywhere in the world & communicate freely with people.

Their is such a Language!

Many wars have been fought about religion?

To put it very simply but accurately, religion  works only with large numbers believing .It has to be constantly preached in religious societys with symbolic gestures,signs,books,pictures,clothes & still in many societys using fear.In fact many religions are based on a simple good & bad value.If your Good & abide by the Religions rules you will be rewarded by the God & likewise punished by the God or some demonic deity - I.e - Satan ,  if you don't follow the laws.If these beliefs were not constantly kept alive by people 'believing' it would simply fade away into our distance past to be forgotten forever,which eventually as information & freedom of choice becomes more freely available they naturally will .

Music on the other hand is never forced on anyone, other again maybe for religious performance such as praise songs etc .For it is a 'Choice' & choice is our freedom .

The reason why everyone is not ' Hearing the music' is simply because rhythm is totally a unconditionally Free choice. Many people like to live in the illusion of 'sticking to what they know' in order to feel secure.Repetition ,doing the same thing over and over again, though may be boring is never threatening.Thus they never move out of their conditioned comfort zone, thus never grow enough as humans to realise the ultimate truth that all things are rhythm . . When a individual leaves behind all their unneeded taught 'upbringing' 'social conditioning & any other pretence,  all they will find is Rhythm for Rhythm is all.

But just as I will never take Religion seriously because long long ago I did take that route and learnt it was imagination.SO many will never even comprehend that their could be a alternative 'meaning to life' because that would mean 'losing their faith' which to many is like a death sentence '

They fear not believing!!  

Forget belief & choose knowledge

Dance & be 'in harmony' with life's ebbs & flows ( rhythms )
