upload ratio issue!!, page 1

I can't seem to solve this upload ratio problem..i think it's to do with the Bittorent prog i'm using?? Can anyone help me out with this..because it's getting very frusterating not being able to download anymore and i would just like some suggestions...if you have info mail it to passionate_rich@yahoo.com URGENTLY please...THANKS

what torrent prog are you using ?
and if you can't download anymore the only way to get a decent ratio is to seed or donate to the site ..
