It is time to put Ingo Vogelmann in the category of hasbeen deejays.

The man is capable of amazing mixes and his lightworks mixes are proof of that but his attitude is shit. He was always going on sharing sites saying we cannot share his music. Unfortunately someone forgot to tell him that a deejay usually plays other people's records that do not belong to him. Also that torrent sites share legal non for sale music with other people that promotes the deejay. Just ask Tiesto and others how they would do without Napster. Whether you agree in Napster and the whole file sharing bullshit is your own. My own personal opinion is that Vogelmann would be playing at WMC if his attitude was not so shit, instead of releasing a fucking WMC mix instead of being there.   So for his outdated views, he has become a hasbeen deejay.

Just waiting for Craddock to respond      Now on a serious note & in response to Andy's thread .. Honestly, only ever listened to a handfull of Vogelmann sets. Yes I did like what I heard, A hasbeen DJ.. Don't Know ?     I could just agree with Andy I guess ???? Or maybe not ? Read some daft forum post once about SASHA being a hasbben DJ

Is he even still playing? I have heard nothing from him in ages & also don't you have to be somebody in the first place to get to a has been DJ,it's no wonder is it really with that bad attitude that we don't really hear much from him.

we could put him in the neverwas category. I have no issues about that.

i think yeah, rather "neverwas" than "hasbeen", the man is a dick who doesn't want "such kind of advertising" (meaning, his mixes shared as torrents), thus he is only known to a handful of listeners of frisky radio, noone invites him to clubs, nobody simply knows about RIGHTEOUS & TALENTED INGO VOGELMANN, A NEVERWAS DJ!! a dj so neverwas, he has actually caused us to create a new category for his ass, for it was rightly mentione, one has to have been something to become a "hasbeen", and all our awesome ingo amounts to is.. oh well.. some kind of schedule maker on friskyradio? something like that..

It's strange really, there are so many DJs out there who lack talent. You cannot say that about this guy.

What he lacks is exposure, and I can see why - it's due to his attitude.

This site is a non-commercial entity, merely looking to give free exposure to artists who produce quality work, but if you don't want free exposure ...... well. You won't get very far in this industry without the right outlook and attitude is all I will say.

As a person he's a german arrogant twat and I don't care for his shit attitude, however his music is top drawer...so definintely not a hasbeen deejay, he just has a hasbeen crowt personality

It's a pity that herr vogelmann hasn't popped in to say hello to his admirers....

As I mentioned b4 his mixes are exceptional and it would be great to elevate his popularity. But as stated previously he does have too many fans and sees that he has to cull a few.
