The last few days I encountered a problem. Torrents did not start downloading, although I was connected to at least 1 seed, or very slow (1-20kB/s) with lots of peers connected.
What solved my problem?
Changing my downloadlimit from "Unlimited" to a very high value. And everythings works fine again.
Strange thing.
