What about ripping the tube?, page 1

hey hey

i am interested who likes to use what when saving videos and audios from youtube and similar sites?

i for one am more than satisfied with Off Liberty, it's pretty nice, good for sites like ustream.tv, which break their stream into little pieces...

i also combine this with the power of SaveFrom, and maybe even rather Savetube Browser Plugin, which is helpful on well known sites, like soundcloud, cause it pops next to the link there for each file and offers to download stream and save it as mp3...

what do y'all like to use yourselves? please, share!!

Youtube Audio and Video Downloader 0.3.5  Plug-In for Firefox. Neat tool. Works great for me.
Melodic, deep, sing-a-long. :-)

:-D  Great idea Slash, for this is a way to know new stuff!
I use Firefox with an extention, 'Flash Video Downloader'. It adds a little light blue arrow next to the adress bar from where you can choose what video download(I mena, if flv, mp4 and such). And it also makes a new button appear below the video, besides the 'suscribe' thing, which has the arrow and a label, obviously, 'download'. And it lets you choose the type of video too. I just use it with YouTube by the way. Pretty neat, but does not convert to mp3, there is another one that does, but since I updated Firefox it's dead, and did not look for a new one.-
