passkey problems, page 1

I have enabled passkey in my profile and also clicked the download torrent with pass key on the torrent page, yet my seedbox is reporting that your tracker is still refusing to connect to my seed boxes IP . please advise, most frustrating!

still not working?

you know, many users before you have used the feature without problems. it is most frustrating to see you assume that it's our tracker's fault..
