Full of interesting old mix shows. Many that are hard to find in 2023.

Some examples...

Rich, what we listen to today is so different. The sounds are so complex to the house music here. Way more synthesized!

Personally, that 2010-2015 is music to my ears. All walks of life must come from and era and this is were EDM started.

What will be listening to next year?

Yep, that is what is so special about electronic music to me.
As the technology (both hardware and software) changes and evolves, so do the sounds we hear.
Certainly, around the late 90's and early 00's the production quality was very good. 1999 (for example) was arguably the golden year for Trance.
But since then, the quality and complexity of all genres has skyrocketed.
I particularly notice it with Techno. That evolution in the production. Perhaps that is why it was become more popular than ever.
Though I love that old 'raw' sound still very much!
As for 12 months from now... as long as it is Dark and Dirty... I'm gonna be happy

Good old TDK90s.. when I was feeling flush I would buy those SA90s... standard issue was D90s...or the extra stetchy long D120s...  tapes or death :mbounce:

Bravo Rich, that’s a master class.

That break in the recording would do my head in.

Yes it can be annoying... a bit like stutter on an internet stream!

Actually not to many... I adept at fixing them with celotape to near perfection...all still going strong,
