my status reads "stopped" ?????

in Azureus program where the list of all my torrents is displayed, the status reads "stopped" and the seeds and peers reads 0.

are these files still active for seeding and nobody is interested?
should I keep them?
i would like to increase my ratio, so I leave this program open, is this ok.

stopped in client means they are stopped and not seeding. use [force start]
